better to put things in the right tools hands

I did these illustrations for fun, usually while I was working on a piece of music or learning to play a new instrument bought on my travels.
The best format to show them I can think of so far is by the page so click the page numbers and enjoy.

Overblown

You know, sometimes rather than sweeping things under the carpet yet again, it is better to put things in the right tools hands, step back and watch nature take it to the extreme. The mark 2 overblow suppressor dose just that. Put in the hands of the overblown or those who like blowing their own trumpet, this thing is a real hoot. It looks good and brassy,is relatively easy to hold and can be plumbed directly into the head. Fitted with the best quality hand coild springs and hand felted red key pads, no matter how much sugar you put into the mix or how much you stair things around, it still dose what it was designed for with fantastic reliability and that is, when you blow your own trumpet too loud or get too over blown, it gives you a good poke in the eye with a sharp stick, or as in the illustration with a really well sharpened HB pencil.
